Last week, the International Criminal Court (ICC) applied for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Minister of Defence Yoav Gallant. This was then followed by yet another legally binding ruling by the International Court of Justice that Israel halt its attack on Rafah.

While this signifies an historic turning point towards what could potentially be the end of Israeli international impunity, we can only lament that it has taken 76 years of ethnic cleansing and seven horrifying months of active genocide in Gaza.

Join us in calling on the Australian Government to affirm and support the ICC’s independence and its application for arrest warrants, and to use this moment to sanction Israel.

Australia must support ICC arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant.

Write to the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Attorney-General, as well as your MP and Senators to urge them to support the ICC’s application for arrest warrants for these Israeli officials, and use this moment to hold Israel to account for war crimes.
